Valdez City Code requires recruitments to be posted for a minimum of 2 weeks. Candidates will be referred to the hiring manager for application review on the posted date of review and continually thereafter. Upon review of candidates, interviews will be scheduled with a hiring team. Following completion of interviews an offer may be made.

We will interview in person, telephonically, or via Microsoft Teams depending on the location and situation of the applicant.
In some cases a final, in-person interview is required. HR will be in contact with the applicants with details should this step be necessary.
Congrats! You got the job! A member of HR will contact you with the next steps for onboarding and your first day of employment. The City expects new employees will provide a minimum 2-week notice to current employers.
